Mission
It is the mission of the Riverside County Fire Chief’s Emergency Medical Services Officer’s Association to provide a forum to collaborate, conduct research, provide education, and develop recommendations which enhance and improve the quality of pre-hospital care.

To provide input and liaison into the pre-hospital care system through existing public safety agencies, Emergency Medical Services Agencies, Emergency Medical Services Committees, Emergency Medical Services Associations and Training Institutions.
RCFCA EMS Officers are committed to advancing emergency medical services within Riverside County. Our goal is to enhance the quality of care and ensure that communities receive state of the art expert medical assistance when they need it most.
